When you call our TeleBranch™, you're given a choice of several options:
Option 1 - Automated Banking - With this option you can check balances, transfer funds, find out which checks have cleared, check interest earned and more.
Option 2 - Speak with a Loan Officer - Interested in applying for a loan? Talk to a loan officer to learn more about what we offer.
Option 3 - Assistance with a lost or stolen debit card - Choose this option to report your lost or stolen debit card and order a replacement card.
Option 4 - Speak with a TeleBranch Agent - Our knowledgeable TeleBranch agents can answer most questions about your accounts, and if they can't, they'll connect you to someone who can.
Option 5 - Place a check order or check status of an existing order - If you need to order new checks, choose this option.
Option 6 - If you know your party's extension - Know who you're trying to reach? Get quick access by choosing option 6 and entering their four-digit extension.
Option 7 - Business Banking and Business Banking Online Assistance - Choose this option for help with business banking.
Option 8 - Personal online banking assistance - If you need help or have questions about your online banking account, choose this option.
