How do I re-order checks online?
There are two ways to order checks online. If you are enrolled in AnchorBank online banking, you can log in to online banking and click on the “user services” tab, followed by the reorder checks link.
If you are not an online banking customer, you can enroll and order through online banking, or you can order directly through the Deluxe website. The Deluxe Web address is: Deluxe website.
Please note: Standard fees apply when ordering online. If your account type qualifies you for free checks, please order checks by calling 1-800-252-6246 or stop by your nearby branch location to avoid a charge.
What is your routing number?
The routing number is 275971087. You will need to know this number if you are setting up direct deposit to your AnchorBank checking account.
Please note: When providing your checking account number to set up direct deposit, please use the full ten digit account number.
What happens if my ATM or debit card is captured by an ATM?
- If your debit or ATM card is captured, please call our TeleBranch™ at 1-800-252-6246 and press option #4 to speak to a representative.
- If it is made after normal business hours, call our TeleBranch™ and choose option #3 for detailed instructions on the steps you should take.
Please note: If you are at an ATM and your ATM or debit card is rejected twice for any reason, stop. Call 1-800-252-6246 and choose option #3. A third attempt will block your account.
