What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?
If your AnchorBank credit card is lost or stolen, call Élan Financial Services at 1-800-558-3424 as soon as you notice it is missing. If you take prompt action, you will limit your liability for any unauthorized purchases made with your card.

How do balance transfers work? Are there any introductory offers? New card members receive free balance transfer checks, which will post as a regular purchase. This means no added interest like other banks may charge. The Platinum, Classic, Travel Rewards and Cash Rewards Cards also offer a 6-month introductory interest rate of 0%.

How does the Platinum Travel Card work? Your Platinum Travel card is opened with a bonus 2,500 travel points. Travel points may be redeemed for roundtrip airfare starting at 18,000 points. For every net dollar purchased on the Platinum Travel Card, you will earn one additional travel point. Free travel earned may be used on any airline, with choice of ticket class and no blackout dates. To redeem travel points, call the Élan travel administrator at (888) 229-8864. All tickets will be booked through Élan's travel agency. Please note that balance transfers, cash advances or any fees charged to your account do not earn travel points.

What are the premium Platinum Card benefits? The Platinum Card offers premium benefits to you including 90-day purchase insurance, extended warranty coverage and car rental insurance. The Platinum Card offers $1 million in travel accident insurance. Additionally, the following premium travel/emergency services are offered: medical referral service, legal referral service, emergency transportation service, lost ticket replacement, luggage locator service, emergency funds transfer assistance, emergency message service, medical prescription assistance and pre-trip assistance. Please note that travel/emergency services will be charged to your account. There is no premium due for purchase insurance, warranty coverage or car rental insurance.

How long does it take to process a credit card application? Processing of the application typically takes less than one week. Once approved, it will take a week to 10 days to receive your card. If you would like to have your card sooner, you can request on your application that your card be sent overnight via UPS. A $15 fee will be charged to your new account if you request this option.
