How do I re-order checks online?
There are two ways to order checks online. If you are enrolled in AnchorBank online banking, you can log in to online banking and order there.
If you are not an online banking customer, you can enroll and order through online banking, or you can order directly through the Deluxe Web site. The Deluxe Web address is www.deluxe.com.
Please note: Standard fees apply when ordering online. If your account type qualifies you for free checks, please order checks by calling 1-800-25 ANCHOR (252-6246) or stop by your nearby AnchorBank location to avoid a charge.
What is AnchorBank's routing number?
AnchorBank's routing number is 275971087. You will need to know this number if you are setting up direct deposit to your AnchorBank checking account. Please note: When providing your checking account number to set up direct deposit, please use the full ten digit account number.
What happens if my ATM or debit card is captured by an ATM machine?
If your debit or ATM card is captured, call 1-800-25 ANCHOR (252-6246) and press option #4 to speak to a TeleBranch™ representative. If it is after normal business hours, call our TeleBranch and press option #3 for instructions. If you are at an ATM and your ATM or debit card is rejected twice for any reason, STOP! Call the 1-800 number listed above. A third attempt will block your account.
