Domestic Wire Transfer Guidelines

  • For compliance reasons, you must be an AnchorBank customer to send a wire.
  • AnchorBank accepts outgoing domestic wires until 2:00 p.m.
  • It is very important that you call the receiving bank to receive accurate wiring instructions. You will be responsible for providing AnchorBank with all the proper wire instructions.
  • If all the wire transfer information is correct, the recipient bank will receive the funds within minutes of Anchor's transmission. How quickly the receiving bank posts these amounts will determine when you will see the funds in the account at that bank.
  • AnchorBank's wire transfer fee is non-refundable.

Outgoing International Wire Transfer Guidelines

  • For compliance reasons, you must be an AnchorBank customer to send a wire.
  • AnchorBank accepts outgoing international wire transfers until 1:00 p.m.
  • It is very important that you call the receiving bank to receive accurate wiring instructions. You will be responsible for providing AnchorBank with all the proper wire transfer instructions.
  • International wires can take anywhere from two days to many weeks to arrive at their final destination. AnchorBank has no control over this time frame.
  • If an international wire is recalled (its return requested), this recall of funds may take anywhere from two days to many weeks. Your AnchorBank account will be re-credited only when Anchor has received funds back. Corresponding banks may impose additional fees for this recall. AnchorBank is not responsible for any fees that may be charged by corresponding banks during this wire transfer and/or wire recall process.
  • AnchorBank's wire transfer fee is non-refundable.
