Q: We have several savings & checking accounts at Anchor. Is there a limit to the number of online transfers I can do each month between my accounts? Where is this information located? Thanks

A: Federal regulations provide for a limit of six transactions on savings and money market accounts. This includes pre-authorized, automatic, telephone or online withdrawals/transfers within a calendar month. This information was available as a statement stuffer and as an online banking message. Q: Is there are a charge for a cashier’s check at Anchor? I have a checking and savings account at Anchor.

A: With a savings account at AnchorBank, you have access to two free cashier’s checks per month. At AnchorBank we refer to them as Teller Checks or Official Checks, but the purpose and intent is exactly the same as a cashier’s check.

You can get yourself a Teller Check in one of three ways:

1. Sign in to our Personal Online Banking and use a secure email

2. Visit your local AnchorBank branch or

3. Call our TeleBranch service toll-free at 1-800-252-6246.

Q: Do you have a location in Sparta WI? If not, what is the closest location to Sparta, WI?

A: No, there is not an AnchorBank branch location in Sparta, WI. The closest branch location would be approximately 50 minutes south of Sparta at 311 N. Main St in Viroqua, WI 54665. The phone number there is 608-627-3142.
